Still life, watercolour no 1

this was my first ever watercolour, it was such a disaster ! but my Art teacher said the drawing was good and took it and washed it under the tap ...much to my horror and he told me to add some ink to strengthen the lines. This taught me a few things a) watercolour paper can take abuse b) you can rescue a disaster, and c) you can learn something new.
